Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. If no one is at home, your order will be left in a suitable place. We are unable to accept responsibility for lost or stolen orders once delivery has been completed.
Refund policy
No refunds or exchanges
Generally, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases once they have been completed. All sales are considered final. For approved faulty wine refunds, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Processing time can vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Faulty wine or damaged delivery
If you receive a bottle that is corked, oxidised, or otherwise off in condition, we will provide a full refund for that specific bottle. If your delivery arrives damaged, we will replace the items. Please contact us immediately if you suspect a wine is faulty or anything arrives broken.
